A delegation of Awami League-led party is meeting with Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) KM Nurul Huda.
The meeting began at 3.30 pm on Wednesday at the Election Commission of Agargaon.
CEC KM Nurul Huda, Election Commissioner Mahbub Talukder, Rafiqul Islam and Brigadier General (Retd) Shahadat Hossain Chowdhury were present on behalf of the Election Commission. Besides, the EC secretary. Alamgir is present.
On the other hand, a nine-member delegation led by Dilip Barua, general secretary of the communist party, was present at the meeting.
Leaders of the party are expected to hold a meeting with EC on the issue of the upcoming Dhaka North and South City Corporation elections.
